Linda Ishem has joined the Pierce County Library System's board of trustees. She is an assistant professor at the University of Washington Tacoma's Urban Studies Program. Before working for the university, she held posts with Pierce County's Department of Community Services, as the director, and prior to that as a manager and an acting assistant director with the Washington State Department of Community Development. |
