AG announces $41 million settlement

State Attorney General Rob McKenna has announced that Washington will receive roughly $1.7 million as part of a $41 million settlement between 29 states and Caremark Rx LLC, one of the nation's largest pharmacy benefits management companies. As part of the settlement filed today in King County Superior Court, Caremark denies any wrongdoing but agrees to significantly change its business practices.
