Columbia Bank has announced the promotion of Dirk Thompson from branch manager of its University Place branch to vice president and manager in the Direct Loan Center Department. The bank announced the promotion of Ed Fischer from vice president and private banking officer to senior vice president and private banking officer. The bank also announced the promotion of Carolyn Meyer from operations manager to assistant vice president and operations manager in the bank's Financial Services Department.
