Harbor Wholesale strikes deal with Taco Time

Aug 11, 2016 - 04:00 PM

Lacey’s Harbor Wholesale Foods has announced a three-year distribution partnership with Taco Time Northwest, serving 75 restaurants throughout Washington.

It’s the latest get for the family-owned food distributor, with fourth generation Harbor owner and CEO Justin Erickson noting the similarities between the now-partnered companies.

“Taco Time is a perfect customer to help us continue on our path of providing fresh food for people on the go,” he said. “Taco Time is not only fresh, local and Northwest, their family, like ours, has been doing business through four generations right here in our own backyard.”

“We are excited to begin this new partnership with Harbor Wholesale Foods, like us, a fourth generation family owned company that is passionate about serving customers in the Northwest,” echoed Chris Tonkin, co-President of Taco Time Northwest. “Harbor Wholesale is a growing company that shares the same core values as Taco Time Northwest and we look forward to developing new ways to continue to grow our own business with this relationship.”

Harbor will begin meeting with company leaders, store managers and franchise owners in the coming weeks and is set to begin deliveries on Oct. 23.
