South Sound executive ‘comings & goings’
Anne Beatrice Baker is now a project architect with BOE architects pllc in Tacoma. A graduate from University of Cincinnati, she added a master’s degree in architecture at Columbia University.
Bob Rubitschun has joined Alliance Enterprises Inc. in DuPont as director of project management. He has more than 35 years of management experience in technology with companies from the Fortune 100 list to small businesses.
Olympia Transitional Care and Rehabilitation has three new executive leaders for its skilled nursing facility across the street from Providence St. Peter Hospital.
Doug Bowen, most recently administrator of a similar unit in Provo, Utah, is now in charge. He is joined by Carol Vixie, a veteran registered nurse with 24 years experience, who recently moved to Olympia and is now director of nursing.
Alyssa Pruiett, the new director of rehabilitation, has recently practiced as an occupational therapist with her masters degree in occupational therapy. She says her passion is in helping the rehabilitation of geriatrics patients.
Christopher Luhrs, a 2010 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, is now with the Olympia-Tacoma law firm of Phillips Burgess. He earned an undergraduate degree in finance from University of Colorado and was worked in the Denver area, before joining a Seattle law firm.
