UW Tacoma's Corporate Responsibility Conference coming

The annual Corporate Responsibility Conference, hosted by the University of Washington Tacoma’s Center for Leadership and Social Responsibility will take place on Thursday, April 5 at the SeaTac Marriot. The theme of this year’s conference is, “Preparing the Next Purpose-Driven Workforce.”

Speakers at the conference include: CEO of Swipe Out Hunger Rachel Sumekh, Vice President of People at Alaska Airlines Andy Schneider, Avalara Senior Director of Engagement & Diversity Amelia Ransom, MOD Pizza Director of Community Engagement Mary Douglas, and Subaru Corporate Responsibility Manager Sandy Capell.

Speakers will address topics like how to create a mission-driven workplace, how corporate culture can drive change in politics and opportunities, and how to foster diversity in hiring and support a diverse staff. For ticket information, go here.
