Jun 29, 2017 - 03:33 PM

The Economic Development Board for Tacoma-Pierce County has added to its leadership, bringing aboard Sarah Bonds as its new vice president for business recruitment.

Bonds brings 13 years of property management experience to the position, in addition to recent experience in marketing and business development for Tacoma Mall. In her new position, she will work with domestic and international clients who are considering business locations in Tacoma and Pierce County.

“I look forward to continuing to strengthen the community that I live and work in by bringing jobs to the area,” Bonds said. “Jobs offer our community and neighbors a fulfilling and enjoyable quality of life. I am thrilled to be part of this process and I am ready to hit the ground running.”

“We are excited to welcome Sarah to the EDB team,” said Bruce Kendall, president and CEO of the Economic Development Board. “Her experience is a great fit to help the EDB facilitate job and wealth creation across the South Sound.”
