Kent-based real estate developer Davis Property & Investment LLC reports it has completed the sale of a five-building industrial park development in Lacey Hawks Prairie to Port of Olympia for $6.5 million.

The 5-acre parcel and structures are located off Willamette Drive and total nearly 58,000 sq.ft. with 20-foot clear height buildings and grade-level loading. Current tenants include Stottle Wine, Salish Sea Organic Liqueurs, Monarch Landscaping and Prince Telecom.

“These are extremely high quality constructed buildings with an excellent tenant mix,” said Jeff Davis, founder and owner of DPI.

DPI is an accomplished developer and asset manager of commercial real estate in the greater Puget Sound market, that first erected four buildings in Lacey in 1999, just one year after the firm’s start-up. It currently has properties in Fife, Tacoma, DuPont, Auburn, Lynnwood, Kent, Portland and other locations.
