Federal Way mover penalized by state regulators

Nov 16, 2017 - 03:51 PM

A Federal Way company was among four residential moving businesses fined by state regulators for operating without permits.

Federal Way-based Ready2Move and Haul, a.k.a. Won’t Stop Moving, owned by Christopher Neal, was held in default for failing to appear at its hearing and was assessed a $5,000 penalty.

Also disciplined were SeaTac-based Bogdan Delivery, Arlington’s You Got It Movers, and Brier’s Royal Moving.

An administrative law judge at the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission ordered the four moving companies to stop providing residential moving services until they obtain the required permit.
