Wesco Management LLC (parent company to MOR Furniture) is seeking to purchase approximately 1.24 acres of land west of Tacoma’s Giaudrone Middle School.

Tacoma School District No. 10 is reporting the potential property sale, for which a public hearing will be held on December 14th at 6 p.m. The district says it is collaborating with City of Tacoma to promote economic growth in South Tacoma, in the case by releasing surplus property that can be used by the private sector.

The public hearing announcement does not specify the proposed sale price for the real estate.
