Lacey office building sold to Olympia company
Davis Property & Investment in Kent has announced the sale of a Lacey office building to KW Limited, LLC, for $1,060,000.
The building, located at 4631 Whitman Lane SE and dubbed simply “Whitman Lane,” is an approximately 10,275-square-foot office building at Lacet’s growing Yelm Highway/Lacey Crossroads core.
Currently, it is 100-percent leased by five tenants including Adamson Chiropractic, State Farm Insurance, Life Pointe Church, Sipe Therapy Group and Apparent Project. Neighboring tenants include McDonald’s, QFC, Lowe’s and Starbucks.
