The Achieving Best Care award and Community Health Leadership award are among the association’s highest honors awarded. They seek to recognize health care organizations that are performing well on a broad variety of measures aimed at providing the best care possible for each and every patient.

“Washington state hospitals have committed to reducing all cause harm by 40 percent and re-admissions by 20 percent through our Partnership for Patients program,” WSHA President and CEO Scott Bond said. “We congratulate the award winners for their commitment to these goals and their efforts aimed at reducing all cause harm and readmissions.”
