40 Under Forty craft tasting to feature three brewers

Join Business Examiner Media at our 2017 40 Under Forty event, saluting and celebrating 40 of the South Sound’s best and brightest young professional leaders, from government executives and lawyers to educators and entrepreneurs and everything in between.

The event, to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at Foss Waterway Seaport in downtown Tacoma, will include a social hour at 5:30 p.m. featuring a tasting from three of the region’s best craft brewers.

Offerings will include the Giant Pacific Octopus IPA and Galloping Gertie Golden from Narrows Brewing in Tacoma; Trashed Pumpkin and Prying Irons from Top Rung Brewing in Lacey; and an IPA and a brown ale from South King County’s Lowercase Brewing.
