Average weekly wages increase

Average weekly wages for the nation increased by 3.4 percent over the year in the third quarter of 2010, according to he U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Among the 326 largest counties, 319 had over-the-year increases in average weekly wages.Pierce County wages were up 3 percent to $821. Thurston County saw an increase of 1 percent to $800.
