Brewery broker announces call for bids

Colliers International Puget Sound and the Colliers Natural Resource Group of Olympia has announced the first round of call for offers on the Olympia Brewery property in Tumwater.

The Request for Offer platform is different from the traditional commercial real estate sales process because it allows for buyers to either bid on a proposed property or preempt the bidding process by buying out the property outright before the deadline.

"Buyers looking for access to non- traditional offerings will have interest in this sale,"
Troy Dana, Managing Director of the Olympia office of Colliers. "The process allows buyers access to inventory rarely available, it also offers a measure of certainty for buyers and sellers."
