Aug. 25, 2008 at 11:09am Employees handling recession wellA survey of more than 300 business executives that covers issues of how their employees are handling the tough economic times suggests workers are making the best of things. When asked in the Omnia survey "What has been your staff's reaction to company economic changes?" the responses were solidly positive. A quarter of the business owners said their employees are reacting exceptionally well, while another quarter said the reaction has been better than expected. Some 37 percent said the reaction has been "not too bad," while only 8 percent said the mood has been less than positive.
