Fastest Growing Companies named

Wichert Electric Inc., a Chehalis-based electrical contracting company specializing in commercial, industrial and residential electrical projects, was named 2009 Fastest Growing Company at a Tacoma event.

Tacoma-based BCRA with a 640 percent combined increase in gross sales and employee expense over a 10-year period is the Longevity Award recipient in the Business Examiner recognition program.

Other South Sound businesses honored by this Fastest Growing program include CE&C Inc., a Tacoma commercial construction firm of more than 60 years; Abbey Road Group of Puyallup; SiteCrafting Inc., a Web design firm in Tacoma; and Sound Glass Sales Inc.

Key Bank sponsored the 2009 Fastest Growing Companies, which was held in partnership with Moss Adams.
