Saint Martin's University recently announced that A. Richard Panowicz is the new chairman and Brian Charneski is the new vice chairman of the University's Board of Trustees. Panowicz succeeds Ken Parsons who served as chair for two years.
Andrew R. Buffington has become an associate at the Tacoma law firm, Davies, Pearson P.C. He is a 2009 graduate of Seattle University School of Law.
