Promotions and recognition

Christy Patterson has been promoted to corporate services officer at Olympia-based Heritage Bank. Patterson has more than 15 years of banking experience and joined the bank in 2003 as the human resource specialist. The bank also promoted Amber Jenson to human resources officer. Since joining Heritage Bank in 1999, Jenson held positions including customer service associate, financial services associate and senior human resources specialist.

Chanel Studebaker has accepted a commercial sales position with Comcast Business Services. Before joining Comcast, Studebaker owned Bright Idea, a local  communications and marketing company, and was a 2008 Business Examiner Forty under 40 honoree.

Shavanna Burlingame is the new employment specialist/business representative at the Lewis County Economic Development Council. She is part of the council's Business Assistance Center.

John Guadnola, a senior partner at Tacoma's Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Malanca, Peterson & Daheim, has been appointed executive director of the Washington Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association.

Professional Remodeler magazine has recently named Tacoma-based McFarland Cascade's new Terratec Naturals as one of its Top 50 Most Innovative New Products. The magazine will feature the new eco-friendly, low-maintenance composite solution for outdoor living spaces in its September issue.
