Regulatory burdens gets hearing

The House of Representatives' Committee on Small Business: Subcommittee on Regulations, Health Care and Trade will hold a hearing entitled the "Regulatory Burdens on Small Firms: What Rules Need Reform?" The hearing will be held in the nation's capital next week.

The committee will hear testimony from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at OMB, the Chief Counsel for the Office of Advocacy, the Internal Revenue Service and organizations representing small firms. Witnesses will discuss the burden of existing regulations on entrepreneurs, and how agencies are complying with the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
