In July, the Massage Program entered into an agreed order with Aisha N. Viera. She was convicted of assault of a child. She must comply with terms and conditions set against her license.

Aug. 25, 2010 at 8:34am State takes action against health care providersThurston County In July, the Nursing Assistant Program granted the reactivation application of certified nursing assistant Pabior C. Ajang and placed conditions against his certification. He was convicted of driving under the influence on more than one occasion. In July, the Health Care Assistant Program charged Jolene R. Peters with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly failed to comply with terms and conditions set against her license.
