Aug. 25, 2010 at 8:34am State takes action against health care providersThe Washington State Department of Health has taken disciplinary actions or withdrawn charges against the following health care providers: Pierce County In July, the Massage Program entered into an agreed order with Aisha N. Viera. She was convicted of assault of a child. She must comply with terms and conditions set against her license. Thurston County In July, the Nursing Assistant Program granted the reactivation application of certified nursing assistant Pabior C. Ajang and placed conditions against his certification. He was convicted of driving under the influence on more than one occasion. In July, the Health Care Assistant Program charged Jolene R. Peters with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly failed to comply with terms and conditions set against her license. Information about health care providers is available on the agency's website or by calling (360) 236-4700.
