Narrows airport purchase hits a snag

Tacoma-based Managing Green is set to buy the Elks Plain site, which is zoned for mixed use.

The trouble is that residents near the property are mounting a campaign to halt the sale. More than 100 people have signed a petition in opposition to the sale.
