Dr. Keck is passionate about increasing access to health care in our community. He spent many years creating, developing and working in the community care clinic and with the Community Access Task Force to bring in the Family Practice Residency Program and SeaMar clinics.


John Masterson | Innovative Community Service [view video]
Behavioral Health Resources CEO, John Masterson, has worked tirelessly on behalf of mental health issues in the County. His recognition is for his innovative work specific to crisis services.


Jonathan Seib | Community Impact [view video]
Jonathan Seib is not only a Washington state health care leader but a health care liaison to our community. He helps our local community understand state legislation and where they can impact the decision-making process.


Greg Blackner, MD | Healthcare Safety Net Award [view video]
Dr. Blackner has enriched Thurston County's primary care community for over 22 years. A "quiet hero" of healthcare, he works tirelessly to assure those without access to primary care receive the services they need.


ABOUT THE PROGRAM - Every day heroic acts, steadfast dedication, extraordinary service and professionalism are seen frequently in our community's medical offices, clinics, hospitals, emergency services and related organizations. The Health Care Champions program was created to recognize the dedication and professionalism of these important members of our communities.
