Official Rules:

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of Washington State, who are 18 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or to immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of Sponsor (as "Sponsor" is defined below).

How to enter. Beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on May 1, 2010 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on June 30, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), visit BusinessExaminer.com/iPad and purchase a digital subscription to the Business Examiner to be automatically entered to win. No purchase necessary.  Alternatively, download our free e-edition trial form, print, fill out and fax to (253) 404-0892.  Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail account during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; or (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on an email/mailing list for Business Examiner products unless you have indicated otherwise by your opt- out selection in BE email communications. You may opt out at any time.

Prize Drawings. A random drawing will be held approximately five (5) business days after the end of the month during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) potential prize recipient will be selected at the random drawing. To be eligible entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on the last day of that month. Each potential prize recipient will be notified by phone and/or e-mail within two (2) business days following the drawing. If any prize is not claimed within 72 hours of notification, or if any potential recipient does not meet the eligibility criteria, such potential recipient will be disqualified, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential recipient. The prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.  Participants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs or likenesses in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Winners' List. For identification of the winner, log on to www.BusinessExaminer.com/iPad. The page will be available until December 31, 2010.
