Marny Bright works in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater metro area office of Business Examiner as a Media Consultant.

She was formerly the owner and marketing manager of South Sound Woman, a woman's business directory based in Thurston County.  She left the area in 2004 for the Nevada desert. The BE lured her home in early 2008 to the lush green of the Northwest.

Marny assists advertising clients in the southernmost part of the BE's coverage area.  Her love of the Olympia market paired with her experience as a business owner make her an invaluable asset to her clients.  A strong media background and a passion for problem solving, she is a powerful force for the businesses she serves.

Marny lives in Lacey and is involved in her community as an active member of the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, Hawks Prairie Rotary, board member of the DRC - Dispute Resolution Center. She is also an advocate for women's issues and foster care.

Marny is an avid gardener and can often be spotted with her pup "schmoozer" visiting friends and clients.
