We specialize in helping businesses to create a value-based benefits package that will improve recruitment and retention of exceptional employees while keeping costs low. BPCI is able to offer top quality buildings at a very reasonable cost because it owns and operates many of the sub-trades required to construct a building. Our in-house specialties include site work, underground utilities, concrete, pre-engineered metal buildings, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, gauge framing, drywall, machinery installation, welding, and pipefitting. On average, BPCI employees perform 60% of the work on every project. Building with our own employees and equipment eliminates the profit and overhead that often goes to rentals and subcontractors; we are happy to pass these savings on to our clients.
